2014-06-06After 17 very successful years at the helm of the Junior Hockey program in Brookfield, Joel and Kim Dawe have decided it was time to hand over the Reins
After 17 very successful years at the helm of the Junior Hockey program in Brookfield, Joel and Kim Dawe have decided it was time to hand over the Reins.
In 17 years under their leadership, Brookfield has seen much success, fan devotion and countless players who have gone on to higher levels and left with great memories of Brookfield and how they were treated.
Along with Joel and Kim, others along the way have lent a hand in the success most notably Richard Johnson who has been an intragal part of the organization.
Taking over the reins of the Herd will be a group led by Josh Boulton, former coach of the Elks.
The Brookfield Elks would like to extend a huge amount of gratitude and thanks to The Dawe's, Richard Johnson and anyone else who has played a role in keeping Junior Hockey alive and thriving in Brookfield.
